Dental laboratory

As part of the Dental Center Dubravica, there is a modern dental laboratory equipped for performing all types of prosthetic work. With the latest technology and top-quality materials, we provide you with high-quality prosthetic solutions for both fixed and removable prosthetics, while considering the wishes of different patients.

Every dental technician in our team is specialized in a specific type of dental work to achieve higher quality and precision in crafting prosthetic replacements (crowns, bridges, dentures).

CAD/CAM Technology

CAD/CAM technology, supported by modern CAD/CAM devices (Imes Icore 250 Loader PRO, 350i, 550i, 650i) in the dental laboratory of Dental Center Dubravica, enables digital design and faster, more precise fabrication of prosthetic replacements from high-quality materials: zirconia, glass ceramics, titanium, cobalt-chrome, PMMA…

The result of this CAD/CAM manufacturing process is the extremely precise production of high-quality and aesthetically perfect prosthetic replacements (crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, and onlays), characterized by exceptional construction accuracy and a satisfied patient who actively participates in the entire process.

Zirconia

Zirconia is a modern material characterized by high strength and biocompatibility, while also providing a natural tooth appearance due to its whiteness. Forget about “black edges”! In cases of gum recession, the appearance of a “black edge” is virtually impossible.

Titanium

Titanium is an exceptionally high-quality, lightweight, and biocompatible material (light gray in color) that does not cause allergic reactions. It is also suitable for fixed prosthetics (crowns and bridges) and removable prosthetics (All-on-4).

A major step forward in creating a new perfect smile is represented by the most modern technology in the form of a 3D printer (Rapid Shape D30). Combined with an intraoral scanner (Trios 3Shape) and the aforementioned CAD/CAM technology, this allows us to push the boundaries of precision in making 3D casts, implant templates, working models, temporary teeth, skeletal dentures, orthodontic splints...
