Payment and guarantee

Our experience shows that a warranty is the most important factor when choosing a dental clinic, making our clinic stand out from others.

The high standards of our clinic's operations, as well as the quality of materials and procedures we use in our daily work, allow us to offer the longest-lasting warranty on our completed dental works compared to other dental clinics in Eastern Europe.

ONLY THE BEST CLINICS CAN OFFER A WARRANTY FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • Implants (product only) – Lifetime
  • Crowns – 5 years
  • Bridges – 5 years
  • Veneers – 5 years
  • Removable prosthetic works – 3 years

WARRANTY CONDITIONS MAY BE REDUCED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  • Inadequate oral hygiene
  • Failure to attend routine check-ups at least once a year
  • Failure to undergo professional cleaning at least once a year
  • Mechanical damage due to trauma
  • Systemic diseases affecting oral health (e.g., radiation therapy, diabetes).

Dental Center Dubravica is not responsible for issues that were predictable and/or visible on X-rays during the patient’s stay at the clinic.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty is subject to annual general check-ups. The outcome of dental treatments also depends on the patient’s health condition and oral hygiene habits, for which the dentist cannot take responsibility. The warranty applies to the quality of the work/prosthetics provided to the patient.

The warranty is valid only under the following conditions:

  • The patient attends regular check-ups (minimum three times in the first year, at least twice a year for the next 2–5 years, and at least once a year after five years).
  • The patient follows the doctor’s instructions regarding oral hygiene and specific cleaning of prosthetics.
  • Any defect in the prosthetic (crown, inlay, bridge, full denture, etc.) is attributable to the dental technician’s work.

The warranty is not valid in the following cases:

  • Failure to attend prescribed check-ups regularly.
  • Failure to follow the doctor’s instructions regarding oral hygiene and specific cleaning of prosthetics.
  • Misuse of the prosthetic (e.g., dropping it on a hard surface, striking it, or damaging it).
  • Refusal to have a night guard made or failure to use it, as lack of fixation may lead to the porcelain veneer chipping or cracking.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Inflammation of the dental pulp, periodontium, or gums
  • Changes in opinion regarding completed work
  • Travel costs, accommodation expenses, or costs incurred for other reasons (e.g., missing work)
  • Damage/breakage of the natural tooth under a bridge/crown

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Cash = EUR

Bank transfer/payment order = EUR, as well as all types of credit/debit cards.

Discount based on payment method: for cash payments – 10% (discount does not apply to diagnostics or orthodontics).

The 10% discount for cash/bank transfer payments means that the total amount is paid in two parts: the first payment is made at DCD, and the remaining amount can be paid via bank transfer within 7 days. This bank transfer must be made in the name of the patient receiving services from DCD.

The minimum offer/invoice amount for which the 10% discount can be approved is €300,00. Diagnostics (orthopantomogram) and the initial examination are free of charge if the treatment worth at least €300,00 is accepted. Discounts for cash payments cannot be granted on services or packages already on promotion. In the case of promotional offers, discounts cannot be combined. For All on X services, only the 10% cash discount applies.

  • ALL ON X metal – 4 installments

  • ALL ON X composite – 5 installments

  • ALL ON X zirconia – 6 installments

  • ALL ON X bar – 6 installments

  • ZYGO HYBRID – 3 installments

  • ZYGO QUAD – 2 installments

No additional discounts are granted for installment payments!

PROMOTION from 01.07.2025 - 31.07.2025.

For treatments (offers) that include 6 or more implants, a 30% discount is granted. Discounts cannot be combined!

NOTICE ABOUT THE METHOD FOR SUBMITTING WRITTEN COMPLAINTS IS DISPLAYED AT THE FRONT DESK.

Dental Center Dubravica takes responsibility for completed procedures and prosthetics delivered by its dentists. The warranty includes only the delivered prosthetic work, repairs of dental work, or, if necessary, the creation of new work. The warranty does not include travel costs, accommodation expenses, or any costs unrelated to dental services.
